Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Global Trade Compliance to lead the development and execution of global trade compliance strategies.

This role will manage import/export activities and advise internal stakeholders, with a focus on EAR, ITAR, sanctions and customs regulations across regions. The position requires leadership of a 35+ person global team and interaction with regulators, auditors, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Advanced degree or JD highly desirable.
• JD or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the global trade compliance vision, strategy, and operating model.
• Lead a global trade compliance team of 35+ professionals across locations.
• Oversee licensing, classification, origin determination, and denied party screening processes.
• Drive adoption of trade automation and compliance technology platforms.
