What You'll Do

The Senior Director, Global Talent Management, plays a key role in this by designing and scaling talent strategies that embed high expectations, strengthen organizational health, and accelerate transformation. This includes assessing performance, growing leaders, and structuring teams. Reporting to the Global VP of People, you will manage a global team focused on performance, succession, and early talent development. This role is ideal for a leader who identifies gaps, solves problems, and enables better results daily.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be
  • Lead company-wide performance and promotion processes, ensuring clarity, recognition of high performers, and visible career growth.
  • Build robust succession plans for critical roles, helping leaders identify and prepare future talent.
  • Partner on organizational design to support faster decision-making, reduce complexity, and reinforce accountability.
  • Manage early career programs, including interns and new graduates, connecting emerging talent with meaningful work, feedback, and growth paths.
  • Identify and close skill gaps by aligning learning efforts with key capabilities for individual and team performance.
  • Enhance talent systems and programs through data, feedback, and insights to ensure usability and effectiveness.
  • Utilize Workday and other platforms to streamline processes, and explore AI and automation to improve decision-making.
  • Lead a high-performing team that takes ownership, moves quickly, and continuously learns.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
  • 12–15+ years of experience in talent management or organizational effectiveness, including 5+ years leading global initiatives.
  • Proven success in building and leading programs in performance management, career development, internal mobility, and early talent.
  • Deep experience in organizational design and workforce planning, with a track record of aligning structure to strategy.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to prioritize, simplify systems, and improve outcomes.
  • Proficiency in HR platforms like Workday and the ability to leverage them effectively.
  • Leadership qualities including ownership, curiosity, and a drive for simplicity—known for problem-solving, team building, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
