The Sr. Director of Global Talent Management will lead the design, development, and execution of the global talent strategy to attract, retain, and develop top talent. This role collaborates closely with HR Leadership to align strategies with business goals and cultural values.

Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive global talent management strategies, including leadership development, engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
  2. Leadership Development: Design and execute leadership programs, deliver digital learning strategies, and evaluate program effectiveness.
  3. Engagement: Enhance employee engagement through strategic programs and lead the annual Employee Survey process with global rollout and action planning.
  4. Performance Management: Oversee the performance management framework, ensuring accountability and continuous feedback.
  5. HR Metrics & Analytics: Use data to assess talent strategies and provide insights to HR Leadership.
  6. Vendor Management: Manage external vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and ROI.
  7. Communications: Create all talent and performance management communications.
  8. Talent Lifecycle: Reimagine processes including pipelining, critical role identification, performance management, L&D, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources or Business Administration preferred; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years in talent management, with business partner experience a plus.
  • Strong understanding of development, engagement, retention strategies, and assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience with HR technology, digital tools, and end-to-end talent solutions.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, work autonomously, and adapt to change.

This role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer, based in Bridgewater, NJ, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office).
