• 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Operations excellence.

Responsibilities

• Translate Supply Chain strategy into a multi-year transformation roadmap and execution plan.
• Lead end-to-end development of strategic initiatives, including business cases, budgets, milestones, risks, and value realization.
• Govern transformation portfolio with stage gates, KPI tracking, and executive reporting.
• Lead MOS framework deployment, governance, performance tracking, and sustainment.
• Build and develop a high-performing team with clear roles and accountability.
