Vida Group International is seeking a Corporate Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead all supply chain functions for a fast-growing Life Sciences company. The role involves directing planning, procurement, vendor relationships, and performance optimization across a global operation.

The candidate will develop analytics, manage budgets, and supervise supply chain teams while collaborating with senior management to align strategy with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, economics, etc. Master’s degree preferred.
• 10-15 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, supply and/or demand for a manufacturing company.
• 7-9 years’ professional supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the personnel, operations and budget of an organization’s supply chain.
• Lead and manage production planning, customer service, purchasing, inventory control, forecasting, warehousing, transportation.
• Develop analytics, systems and data management capabilities, including metrics and reports.
• Direct hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations of supply chain staff.
• Oversee organization through strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting and evaluation of services.
• Manage and coordinate sales and operations planning, including supply/demand forecasting, inventory management and on-time delivery.
