This role drives intake, planning, and execution across Brand Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, E‑Commerce, Retail, Finance, and external partners.

The position requires strong project management, budgeting discipline, and the ability to align multiple stakeholders around schedules and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in marketing operations, creative services, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional marketing workflows in a fast-paced org.
• Strong project management and budget tracking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing Ops and Creative Services for Express and Bonobos under Phoenix Retail.
• Oversee intake, planning, workflow, reviews, and approvals with cross-functional teams.
• Define operating rhythm, priorities, and governance for the function.
• Manage budgets and partner with Finance on forecasting and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of marketing and creative projects.
