Job summary

Denali Advanced Integration is seeking a Senior Director of Service Delivery to lead end-to-end service delivery for multiple enterprise accounts. You will ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and profitability across programs.

You will partner with executive leadership on strategy, resource planning, and scalability, while mentoring regional teams and project managers to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in service delivery, program management, or professional services.
• 5+ years in a senior management or director-level role leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar service portfolios and enterprise-level clients.
• Strong background in ITIL or related service management frameworks.
• Proven success implementing scalable delivery processes across regions or business units.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of service delivery teams and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with key enterprise customers and provide executive-level communication.
• Establish governance, cadence, KPIs, and continuous service improvements.
• Mentor delivery managers and project leaders, fostering accountability and growth.
• Monitor project profitability, utilization, and forecasting with leadership.
• Streamline service delivery frameworks, tools, and methodologies for efficiency.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Engineering and PMO for smooth handoffs.
• Identify risks early and communicate impacts to executives.
• Contribute to long-term delivery strategies and talent planning.
