Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 8+ years of experience in operations leadership in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of experience in operations leadership in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
