Quetzal Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Global Program Leadership to partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, CMC, and external vendors to ensure planning and execution of development strategies. The role focuses on maintaining integrated program plans, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering executive communications in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience supporting drug development programs.
• Demonstrated understanding of clinical development and regulatory processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain integrated development plans for Quetzal's development programs.
• Define program strategy with cross-functional teams and translate into executable plans.
• Identify and manage program risks, assumptions, and interdependencies; support mitigation planning.
• Drive cross-functional execution against milestones and timelines.
• Support portfolio planning and strategic program initiatives.
• Ensure alignment across Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, CMC, Quality, and other functions.
• Communicate risks and decisions with mitigation opportunities to stakeholders.
• Develop and manage integrated program timelines and critical path analyses.
• Build scenario analyses and contingency plans for decision-making.
• Track progress and identify risks, delays, and resource challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional program team meetings and drive accountability.
• Support governance meetings, budgeting, and resource planning.
