Quetzal Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Program Management to partner with functional leaders across Clinical Development, Regulatory, CMC, Operations, and more. You will maintain integrated development plans, drive cross‑functional alignment, and deliver clear communications to executive leadership in a fast‑paced biotech environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience supporting drug development programs.
• Demonstrated understanding of clinical development and regulatory processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain integrated development plans for Quetzal’s development programs.
• Define program strategy with cross-functional teams and translate into executable plans.
• Identify and manage program-level risks and interdependencies; support risk mitigation.
• Drive cross-functional execution against milestones and timelines.
• Support portfolio planning and strategic program initiatives.
• Ensure alignment across Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, CMC, Quality, and other functions.
• Develop program timelines and critical path analyses; manage interdependencies.
• Create dashboards and executive communications; support governance meetings.
