Job summary

Cabot Corporation in Boston, MA seeks a Senior Director of Process Excellence to lead the GBS process strategy and end-to-end optimization across R2R, O2C, S2C and P2D. You will manage GPOs and analysts, standardize processes, and deliver measurable efficiency gains through Lean Six Sigma, RPA, and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in GBS/shared services, process excellence, or large-scale transformation in a global company.

Responsibilities

Define and own the GBS Process Excellence strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
Drive Lean Six Sigma, process standardization, and global taxonomy.
Partner with Digital to deploy process mining, automation, and AI use cases.
Lead and develop a high-performing global team of GPOs and analysts.
Collaborate with Internal Audit, Finance, Legal, HR to embed controls into process design.
