Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• 10+ years of legal, compliance, or risk management experience OR 10+ years of regulatory experience in consumer financial services or payments industry.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.
• At least 5 years of consulting with and presenting to senior executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with first and second line functions to analyze the risk management framework for network and merchant services.
• Provide advisory on risks impacting the network and merchant businesses to leadership.
• Advise on regulatory requirements, policies, and industry standards.
• Develop understanding of end-to-end network and merchant processes worldwide.
• Identify trends in data and payments risks and communicate findings to executives.
• Maintain expertise in global payments regulations and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance considerations in expansions and new products across markets.
• Develop relationships across Compliance, Legal, and Audit.
• Coach and develop team members and support career growth.
• Participate in regulatory exam and engagement preparation and delivery.
• Report to senior leadership on risk advisory activities.
