Job summary

Cytiva in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to plan, execute and manage complex engineering assignments spanning product design, process development, and validation to support quality and growth objectives.

Reporting to the Senior Product Engineering Manager, this on-site role partners with R&D and manufacturing to qualify new products, drive improvements and coach teams through change control while delivering robust processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product engineering, process engineering, quality engineering and/or R&D.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing polymeric materials (e.g., membranes, polymer films, non-woven fabrics).
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage complex engineering assignments spanning product design, process development, material testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers, product development, and manufacturing to ensure robust process parameters and quality targets.
• Support qualification of new products with R&D and manufacturing teams.
• Provide coaching and guidance through change control processes.
