Siemens Healthineers in the United States seeks a Senior Director, Program Management to lead global Systems and Informatics product development within Core Laboratory Solutions. Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex, integrated medical device product development programs.
• Proven ability to align program execution with business strategy.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and Operations.
• Strong knowledge of design controls, risk management, and FDA/international regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leading large, complex Systems and Informatics product development programs within a global, regulated medical device environment from initiation through commercialization and lifecycle management.
• Driving cross-functional alignment across multiple functions to achieve strategic objectives.
• Providing strategic program leadership across the product development lifecycle by balancing scope, schedule, quality, risk, cost, and priorities.
• Managing substantial program budgets while leading global cross-functional teams, external partners, suppliers, and OEMs.
• Leading executive program governance with clear communication of health, milestones, risks, and decisions to IBP governance and senior leadership.
• Ensuring completion of PDx phase gate requirements while driving continuous improvement across programs.
