Job summary

huMannity Medtec in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex medical device development programs from concept through verification, validation, regulatory activities, and pre-clinical support.

You will drive end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams, partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and suppliers, and ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and quality system requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering preferred).
• MS, MBA or similar is a plus.
• 10+ years of program or project management in medical devices or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of full product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated program plans across cross-functional workstreams.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources with stakeholder communication.
• Lead design reviews, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate system-level integration, verification and validation planning.
• Drive risk management for technical, schedule, supplier, and regulatory risks.
• Provide executive visibility into program health and risks.
