Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in Boston seeks a Program Director/Senior Director to join PSG, leading MDP compensation and equity programs across the US. You will partner with senior leaders to design robust reward frameworks and ensure compliant, transparent processes in a fast‑paced global firm.

You will also oversee mobility, external hires, and program governance, coordinating with Tax, Treasury and Legal teams to optimize value while managing risk.

Qualifications

• 15+ years relevant work experience.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with senior teams.
• Solid understanding of US individual and partnership taxation or employment law.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain MDP compensation and equity programs across markets.
• Collaborate with tax, treasury, accounting and legal teams to ensure compliant plans.
• Manage transfers, departures and external hires for MDPs within markets.
• Provide clear communications to MDs and leadership on program options and changes.
• Oversee regional mobility and governance of compensation frameworks.
