Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Program Director/Senior Director to lead MDP compensation and equity programs across North America. You will advise senior leaders, design country programs, monitor tax and labor law nuances, and collaborate with global finance to ensure compliant, competitive plans.

The role requires extensive experience with executive teams, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments in a dynamic global firm.

Qualifications

• 15+ years relevant work experience.
• Significant experience working with senior teams (MDPs/CEOs).
• Strong understanding of US individual and partnership taxation or employment law.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration across multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• MDP compensation and equity country program management and development.
• Oversee country compensation and equity programs: tax, labor laws, and local market norms.
• Coordinate with controllers and global finance to implement plans.
• Provide clear communications to MDPs and leadership teams.
