Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Program Director/Senior Director to design, develop and deploy MDP compensation and equity programs across markets. You will work with CFO-level stakeholders and global teams to ensure compliance with tax and labor laws while aligning with BCG’s global principles.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration and the ability to manage complex, high-stakes conversations with senior leadership, including international mobility and external hires.

Qualifications

• Experience working with senior leaders (MDPs and CEOs).
• Strong understanding of US tax and employment law.
• Ability to translate complex programs to executives.

Responsibilities

• MDP compensation and equity country program management and development.
• Design and maintain country compensation and equity programs while understanding local tax and labor laws.
• Analyze the BCG economic model to assess MDP compensation effects across countries.
• Prepare clear communications for MDPs and leadership teams.
• Coordinate with external advisors, tax, treasury and legal teams to implement plans.
