Universal Music Group is seeking a Senior Director of Finance Insights & Reporting in Santa Monica. You will own the FinCo Intelligence Platform and management reporting delivery, shaping dashboards, self-service, AI-enabled insights, and governed analytics across CFO, Controllership and FP&A teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive BI and reporting leadership in a large global org.
• Experience with finance reporting, KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards.
• Proven ability to lead platform evaluation, roadmaps and cross-functional programs.

Responsabilités

• Own the FinCo Intelligence Platform and Management Reporting product delivery end-to-end.
• Lead BI platform strategy, usability, security and TA for analytics needs.
• Collaborate with Finance, CDO and CIO teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Build and lead a global BI product team and engage CFOs, finance users, vendors.
