Universal Music Group (UMG) seeks a Senior Director to lead Finance Insights & Reporting within the FinCo Intelligence Platform. You will own the governance, backlog, and end-to-end delivery of management reporting, dashboards, self-service and AI-enabled analytics across global finance teams.

The role requires 15+ years in enterprise BI/finance analytics in a large organization, with deep knowledge of KPIs, variance analysis and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise BI, management reporting, analytics products, or Finance information-delivery capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of Finance management reporting, KPIs, actual-plan-forecast analysis, variance analysis, scorecards, executive reporting, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Insights & Reporting pillar of the FinCo Intelligence Platform.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for Management Reporting, dashboards, self-service, AI features and GenAI within MR.
• Define BI platform strategy, evaluation, requirements, roadmap and value realization for the primary BI platform.
• Manage global portfolio of reports, dashboards and scorecards for CFO teams, Controllership, FP&A, Shared Services, regions and OpCos.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary global BI/product team and engage CFOs, finance users, vendors and partners.
