Maryville College seeks a Director for the Center for Global Engagement to provide strategic and operational leadership for international education and global engagement initiatives. The role directs the Center and its staff, drives international student enrollment success, and ensures regulatory compliance across education abroad and intercultural programs.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years in international education, higher education admin, enrollment management, or related field; seven+ years preferred.
• Experience with F-1/J-1 compliance and SEVIS is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide vision and leadership for the Center for Global Engagement and global learning priorities.
• Lead planning, policy development, assessment, and improvement; set goals and measures.
• Supervise staff and ensure continuity of essential services across divisions.
• Advise senior leadership and collaborate with Academic Affairs, Enrollment Management, and Finance.
• Lead committees, including serving as ex officio on the International Programming Committee.
• Oversee international student services, pre-arrival support, orientation, and immigration advising.
