Qualifications

Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's with relevant pharma/biotech experience.
Experience in diagnostic strategy development and program governance.

Develop integrated global diagnostic strategies for assigned programs.
Lead DxDTs to deliver diagnostic development plans and timelines.
Partner with product teams to align diagnostic and therapeutic goals.
Evaluate diagnostic options, including assay and platform approaches.
Represent Dx with internal leaders and external partners.
