You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate biomarker objectives with clinical plans, and provide SME support to drug development teams. The role requires 10+ years in science with oncology diagnostics, strong leadership, and a track record in regulatory engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience developing diagnostic strategies for oncology programs.
• Ability to align biomarker hypotheses with clinical development plans.
• Familiarity with diagnostic regulatory requirements and CRO oversight.

Responsibilities

• Represent the diagnostic function on global program teams.
• Lead Diagnostic Sub Teams and co-lead diagnostic partner teams.
• Develop, articulate, and manage integrated diagnostic project plans with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with biomarker, regulatory, clinical development, and operations teams.
• Work independently in a fast-paced matrix environment to align resources.
