Grant Thornton seeks a Senior Director of Delivery Center Operations and Performance Management to oversee the Global Delivery Center (GDC) ecosystem across regions. You will drive budget planning, KPI management, and performance analytics to support growth to 10,000+ resources while partnering with senior leaders and finance teams.

Strong executive presence and English fluency are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of IT service delivery, shared services, global operations or managed services.
• Proven track record running operations and performance management across global delivery centers.
• Strong understanding of day-to-day operations, KPIs and scorecards across delivery models.
• Excellent communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strategic thinking and strong execution bias.
• Fluent English—verbal and written; ability to work across multinational environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Global Delivery Center Operations and Performance Management.
• Oversee budget planning, cost optimization and forecast accuracy across centers.
• Manage annual operating plans and monthly performance reviews.
• Collaborate with finance to optimize offshore center cost efficiency.
• Establish governance with SteerCos and reviews to track progress.
• Develop the GDC Operations Playbook covering operating model and workforce planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
