Mueller Water Products is seeking a Sr. Director, Corporate Security to develop and manage security strategies, policies, and procedures across our industrial operations, with regular on-site presence and travel to facilities.

You will lead physical security, access control, surveillance, audits, training, and incident response, while partnering with HR, EHS, IT, and Plant Operations to protect people, assets, and information.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in law enforcement or security with 5+ years in management.
• Experience overseeing security operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to plan security enhancements across multiple sites.
• Oversee on-site security service providers and manage relationships.
• Lead incident response, investigations, and root-cause analyses.
• Manage access control and surveillance technologies and audits.
• Deliver security awareness training and report to executives.
