Job summary

Mueller Water Products, Inc. seeks a Sr. Director of Corporate Security to lead security strategy across multiple manufacturing sites. You will oversee operations, budgets, risk assessments, investigations, and regulatory compliance, reporting to Risk Management.

This role requires regular on-site presence with travel to sites and will involve partnership with HR, IT, and Operations to drive security initiatives protecting people and assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in law enforcement and/or security, incl. 5+ years in management.
• Proven experience in risk assessment, incident management, and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership across sites to plan security enhancements.
• Lead security programs and coordinate with HR, IT, and operations.
• Oversee third-party security services and vendor relationships.
• Develop security awareness and training programs for employees.
• Prepare and present security reports to executive leadership and the board.
