Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Director, Global Corporate Development to lead M&A strategy and execution in support of growth initiatives. You will manage end-to-end processes from target identification through closing and advise senior leadership on strategic fit.

Hybrid work arrangement: onsite in Burlington, NC three days per week and remote two days. The role emphasizes healthcare deal experience, financial modeling, and cross‑functional collaboration with external advisors.

Qualifications
