Job summary

Hemab Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Sciences to translate science into well-designed studies and robust evidence of treatment performance. You will own protocol development, study execution, and data review while collaborating with Medical Directors and clinical development teams.

You will drive clinical science contributions to study design, review data for safety/efficacy signals, and help communicate findings to stakeholders, with opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Significant experience in clinical science or clinical research within drug development.
• Experience developing clinical protocols and interpreting clinical study data.
• Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulated drug development.
• Ability to translate clinical data and literature into development decisions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to study design and execution with clinical data and science insights.
• Lead protocol development with the Medical Director and amend as needed.
• Review study data, identify safety or efficacy trends requiring action.
• Develop study documents: informed consent forms, eCRFs, monitoring plans.
• Guide sites and vendors on protocol requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret results and messaging.
• Support communication of findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute clinical content to regulatory documents and submissions.
