Real Staffing Group is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Operations to lead the execution of early-stage clinical programs and oversee global studies, driving operational excellence in a fast-paced biotech environment.

You will shape clinical development strategy, mentor teams, manage CRO relationships, and implement data-driven operations, including decentralized trial approaches and digital technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive clinical operations experience in biotech/pharma/CRO.
• Experience leading operational execution of FIH, SAD/MAD, PK/PD, DDI, Food effect, and Phase I/II trials.
• Global multicenter studies management experience.
• Strong CRO/vendor oversight, governance, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations for multiple early development programs (clinical pharmacology, Phase I/II).
• Develop operational strategies aligned with program objectives, including timelines, budgets, enrollment, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive program execution.
• Lead studies from protocol development through closeout and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Oversee CRO/vendor relationships, governance, and performance management.
