Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ seeks the Senior Director, Global Clinical Development to lead clinical strategy and execution for one or more asset indications. You will guide a team of physicians and scientists in study design, data interpretation, and regulatory submissions, shaping the path from concept to clinical evidence.

This role partners with development leadership and external investigators to ensure high-quality trials, risk management, and timely delivery while upholding GCP,

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences (PhD, PharmD, MS, RN, MD or related field) is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including leadership in the design and execution of multiple clinical trials.
• Demonstrated success in people leadership and/or matrix leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives clinical development strategy across given asset indications.
• Leads a team of physicians and scientists in the design, execution, analysis, and interpretation of all clinical studies for indicated assets.
• Sets priorities and fosters a culture of scientific excellence, collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
