Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Sr Director, Business Operations to provide enterprise-level oversight for multiple business operations teams supporting Medline brand product divisions. Based at our Northfield, IL headquarters with a hybrid work model, the role leads divisional analytics, operating expense management, forecasting, and KPI oversight.

The position partners with cross-functional leaders to drive alignment and enterprise outcomes, defines long-term strategies, and ensures

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years of experience in analytics, product management, operations and/or supply chain management.
At least 5 years of overall experience in process improvement or analytics.
Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.
Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify trends and drive improvements.
Experience with SAP.

Align resources and execution to evolving business needs and enterprise objectives.
Build and sustain cross-functional partnerships to standardize and scale processes.
Establish operating standards for consistency and measurable performance.
