The Global Finance Group drives financial strategies based on expert understanding of Lam’s breakthrough technologies, the semiconductor market, and the global business environment. They manage our company’s financials and relationships with our investor community to ensure we have the strong financial foundation to fuel innovation and growth.

The Impact You’ll Make

Manages the flow of financial and other information between the corporation, its shareholders, and the financial community. Manages internal and external investor relations’ activities. Acts as a spokesperson for the company to introduce, position, and market the company to investors and potential investors. Develops strategies and implements programs to keep the financial community current on company performance and industry trends. Advises company management and board of directors about financial and industry trends, shareholders concerns, and competitor actions that might impact the company. Issues statements on business issues. May assist SEC Reporting Manager in preparation of filings for the SEC and annual reports to shareholders. May also be responsible for making presentations before the financial community. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Salary

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $149,000.00 – $316,000.00.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
