Qualifications

• PhD (or master’s with equivalent) in AI/ML/CS.
• Experience leading ML/NLP research teams.
• Expertise in NLP and generative AI.
• Strong publication record in top ML venues.
• Excellent communication and leadership; ability to mentor diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and strategy for large foundation models across NLP, vision, and multimodal data.
• Lead researchers and engineers in training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying models at scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platforms and infrastructure for model development.
• Communicate results and impact of foundation models to internal and external audiences.
• Establish best practices to ensure quality, fairness, and ethical AI use.
