Job summary

Ardor IT Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Generative AI Developer to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). This role requires hands-on leadership to drive AI innovation and deploy scalable AI platforms across the enterprise.

You will work at the intersection of software engineering, ML, and enterprise architecture, collaborating with data scientists and engineers onsite in the USA.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT/AI experience.
• Hands-on Generative AI and LLM deployment.
• Advanced Python and AI development.
• Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI/Anthropic.
• Deep prompt engineering and RAG architectures.
• LangChain and LlamaIndex experience.
• Vector databases and semantic search.
• REST APIs and microservices.
• MLOps, deployment, monitoring and governance.
• Onsite USA work & H1B visa holder required.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative AI applications.
• Build LLM-powered solutions using RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Design AI workflows and cloud-native microservices for enterprise deployments.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases.
• Establish MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Ensure security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Provide technical leadership on enterprise AI initiatives.
