Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Masters in Engineering, CS, AI/ML or related fields with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience training AI/ML models in multimodal LLMs, image or video.
• Experience with training and optimizing large-scale models, data curation, distributed training, memory-efficient methods.
• Proficiency with PyTorch and scaling models on GPU/TPU clusters.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
