Job summary

Arizona Public Service Company is seeking a Director of Project Delivery for New Generation. You will oversee mid- to late-stage execution of the generation capital program, including EPC procurement, contractor management, construction, commissioning and handoff to Generation Operations at substantial completion.

You will lead governance, schedule and cost control within the 5-Stage Gate Framework and coordinate with supply chain and contracts to optimize procurement and delivery timelines

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or Project Management.
12+ years of progressive experience in large capital project delivery (EPC/EPCM).
Experience managing EPC/EPCM contracts with project values > $100M.

Responsibilities

Establishes zero-incident safety culture across construction sites and enforces APS safety standards.
Leads procurement, negotiation, and administration of EPC/EPCM contracts and change orders.
Directs multi-project construction execution with owners engineer oversight and QC/QA.
Partners with Supply Chain to define portfolio requirements and manage long-lead equipment delivery.
