Job summary

LISC Fund Management (LFM) seeks an experienced Senior Director, Fund Finance to lead financial reporting, close cycles, and Treasury oversight across multiple funds. This role partners with Broadstreet, LISC Finance, and external auditors to ensure accurate, timely statements and strong controls.

The ideal candidate has a CPA or equivalent, 10+ years in fund accounting/finance, and proven leadership coordinating across fund administration, audits, and SEC examinations within an investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Experience leading quarterly and annual close across multiple investment funds.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and investment fund accounting.
• Experience managing third-party fund accounting, treasury, and loan servicing providers.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual financial reporting across 12-24 funds.
• Oversee treasury management and loan servicing activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and SEC examination readiness.
• Develop scalable fund-finance policies and close procedures.
• Supervise and develop the Senior Associate, Fund Finance.
