Job summary

Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) seeks a Fund Manager, Commercial Real Estate within LISC Fund Management to oversee financial management, reporting, and operational performance of designated impact funds including place-based affordable housing vehicles.

You will coordinate fund reporting, capital calls, and investor communications, working with Investment, Asset Management, Legal, Compliance, and shared services to ensure disciplined execution and transparency across the fund

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting or related field is required.
• Advanced degree (CFA, MBA, MPA) or equivalent preferred.
• Strong Excel financial modeling and understanding of fund accounting basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund financial reporting, capital calls, and investor reporting for designated funds.
• Analyze fund performance, cash flows, and liquidity across the fund lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Investments, Asset Management, Legal, Compliance, and shared services.
• Lead development of investor materials and ensure timely, accurate reporting to stakeholders.
• Supervise and develop a Financial Analyst on the Fund Management team.
