Job summary

Forum Investment Group is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee accounting, financial reporting, fund administration oversight, and regulatory reporting for registered investment vehicles and private funds. You will coordinate audits and regulatory filings and act as the primary liaison among advisers, fund administrators, auditors, and tax providers.

The role requires eight+ years in investment funds accounting, a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance (CPA preferred), and strong US GAAP/SEC

Qualifications

Eight+ years of progressive accounting experience in investment funds or related vehicles.
Experience overseeing third-party fund administrators and annual audits.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 946, and SEC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee accounting, financial reporting, fund administration, and regulatory filings.
Review NAV process, valuations, accruals, and shareholder transactions.
Coordinate audits, Form ADV and Form PF reporting, and regulator interactions.
Lead relationships with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and advisers.
