Job summary

Asian Counseling and Referral Service is seeking a Senior Director of Finance and Accounting to lead all financial functions, strategy, and integrity across a multi-layered budget structure. You will guide FP&A, budgeting, and financial reporting while partnering with executives and the board.

You’ll drive long-range planning, financial modeling, and risk mitigation in a hybrid work setting, ensuring sustainability and program impact in a social justice environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree required with leadership in finance/operations.
• Public accounting or behavioral health/non-profit financial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting, grants management lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversees accounting, budgeting, payroll, forecasting, and reporting for complex funds.
• Provides executive financial leadership to leadership team and Board of Directors.
• Leads development of multi-year financial strategies and risk management.
