Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Scientific Director, Flow Cytometry to lead development and validation of Flow Cytometry assays across multiple studies for clients. The role includes mentoring staff, guiding assay development, and ensuring regulatory compliance in both regulated and non-regulated contexts.

The ideal candidate will manage projects, collaborate with QA and project managers, and participate in audits as needed, while driving scientific rigor and timely client

Qualifications

• PhD in life sciences with at least 18 years of full-time relevant lab experience or equivalent.
• 10 years of management experience.
• Solid understanding of current GxP or CAP/CLIA/ISO standards.
• Experience in GLP, GCLP or CLIA regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Head of laboratory with full responsibility for scientific activities, regulatory compliance, staff and client deliverables.
• Mentor and lead Flow Cytometry staff; ensure method development and validation meets timelines.
• Direct scientific staff to maintain standards and regulatory expectations across projects.
• Engage with Flow Cytometry community to stay updated on regulatory guidance.
