Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of progressive government affairs or policy experience.
  • Experience influencing federal policymakers and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of federal healthcare policy and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop and execute Lundbeck’s federal government affairs strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Members of Congress, staff, agencies, and trade associations.
  • Monitor federal policy developments and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support informed policy decisions.
  • Represent Lundbeck in industry groups and external stakeholder forums.
