Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, political science, government affairs, or related field required; Master’s is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years in government affairs, policy, or related fields with progressive responsibilities.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing staff, consultants, or cross-functional teams.
• Experience engaging with Congress, federal agencies, and national trade associations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide federal government affairs strategies.
• Identify risks and mitigate policy impacts on business strategy.
• Advise executives on policy developments and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead governance, ethics, and compliance with lobbying laws.
• Oversee budget, external partners, and advocacy programs.
• Mentor and manage government affairs professionals and cross-functional teams.
