Job summary

Fujifilm is seeking a Director of U.S. Government Affairs to lead enterprise-wide federal government affairs and public policy across its U.S. business portfolio.

You will work closely with C-suite leaders to align policy priorities with business objectives and drive strategic initiatives in healthcare, manufacturing, and technology sectors. The role requires extensive experience lobbying Congress and federal agencies, managing external partners and internal teams, and navigating a complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; masters a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of government affairs/public policy experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing staff, consultants, or cross-functional teams.
• 7 years experience required in trade policy and/or semiconductor policy.
• Proven ability to engage directly with Congress, federal agencies, and national trade associations.
• Ability to operate effectively in a large, matrixed multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide federal government affairs and public policy strategies for FUJIFILM’s U.S. businesses.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies across legislative, regulatory, geopolitical, and reputational areas.
• Advise senior leadership on policy developments, external engagement, and risk management.
• Lead engagement with Congress, the White House, federal agencies, trade associations, and coalitions.
• Draft policy positions, letters, testimonies, and briefing materials.
• Manage governance, ethics, and compliance in lobbying activities and crisis response.
