Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in government affairs or public policy.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience engaging with Congress and federal agencies.
• Semiconductor policy or advanced manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide federal government affairs strategies.
• Identify regulatory and geopolitical risks and mitigate policy impacts.
• Advise executives on policy developments and advocacy opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across legal, compliance, and operations.
• Oversee governance, ethics, and lobbying compliance.
