Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation seeks a Director of U.S. Government Affairs to lead enterprise-wide federal government affairs and public policy strategies across its U.S. portfolio.

You will work closely with executives to anticipate regulatory and geopolitical risks and advance policy initiatives that support domestic manufacturing, innovation, and supply chain security. The role requires a proven leader with governance, advocacy, and crisis-management experience, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, political science, or related field is required; Masters is a plus.
• 10+ years in government affairs, public policy, or related fields; leadership experience.
• Experience engaging Congress, agencies, and coalitions; strong policy analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide federal government affairs and public policy strategies.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies across legislative, regulatory, and geopolitical domains.
• Advise senior leadership on policy developments, engagement opportunities, and risk management.
• Develop long-term policy roadmaps for growth, domestic manufacturing, and supply chain resilience.
• Represent FUJIFILM before Congress, White House, agencies, and key policymakers.
