Job summary

Qualys is seeking a Senior Director, Government Product Security Management to own federal compliance programs. You will oversee FedRAMP Moderate/High and future DoD authorizations, guiding a security team and collaborating with engineering to ensure secure deployments for government environments.

You will translate complex federal requirements into actionable strategy for executives and stakeholders, driving risk management dashboards and ensuring continuity of compliance across product lines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in information security or cloud compliance leadership.
• 5+ years directing FedRAMP and DoD authorization programs for SaaS/PaaS.
• Deep knowledge of FedRAMP High, NIST SP 800-53, FISMA requirements.
• Cloud architectures, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and security controls.
• Strong executive presence and communication to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategic roadmap and operational maintenance for FedRAMP Moderate/High.
• Lead DoD authorization readiness (IL4/IL5) with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor Senior Federal Security Analyst & ISSO; oversee ConMon, POA&M, incident response.
