Qualys, Inc. is seeking a highly strategic Senior Director, Government Product Security Management. This leader will own FedRAMP Moderate/High authorizations and spearhead future DoD authorizations, reporting to the VP, Head of Product Security.

You will mentor a specialized federal security team and drive cross‑functional compliance across government environments. You will manage ConMon, POA&M, and incident response while coordinating with engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders to

• 7+ years of leadership in Information Security, Product Security, or Cloud Compliance, with FedRAMP/DoD program direction.
• Deep knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP High baselines, DoD Cloud Computing SRG, and FISMA.
• Experience aligning security controls in complex SaaS environments and communicating with executives.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the strategic roadmap and maintenance for Qualys federal boundaries under FedRAMP Moderate/High.
• Lead DoD expansion readiness for IL4/IL5 authorizations with engineering and operations.
• Oversee Continuous Monitoring, POA&M, and incident response within federal boundaries.
• Interface with 3PAO audits, JAB reviews, and sponsor agencies.
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, and R&D to ensure compliance before government deployment.
• Present dashboards and risk metrics to VP Product Security, CISO, and executives.
• Oversee change control, FIPS-validated cryptography, and boundary isolation standards.
