Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 12+ years in facilities/maintenance or asset management leadership.
• Proven track record leading multi-site facilities or maintenance operations in large organizations.
• Strong expertise in asset lifecycle management, financial planning and capital investment strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead leaders, influence stakeholders across functions, and drive large-scale improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities services operations and maintenance strategy across markets and locations.
• Develop asset management and lifecycle programs to improve readiness and uptime.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital investments aligned to objectives.
• Optimize staffing, vendors, and service delivery to boost performance and efficiency.
• Lead a distributed field organization through senior managers and ensure accountability.
• Partner with executives to shape strategic recommendations and enterprise decisions.
• Champion cultural transformation, succession planning, and long-term organizational effectiveness.
