Qualifications

• 12+ years of facilities, maintenance, or asset management leadership experience.
• Proven success leading multi-site facilities or maintenance operations in large companies, multi-state environments.
• Strong expertise in asset lifecycle management, financial planning, budgeting, and capital investment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities services operations and maintenance strategy across multiple markets and locations.
• Develop asset management and lifecycle programs that improve restaurant readiness, equipment reliability, and operational uptime.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize staffing structures, vendor partnerships, and service delivery models to improve performance and efficiency.
• Identify gaps, and design scalable leadership, staffing, and workforce models.
• Lead a distributed field organization through a team of senior managers, creating accountability and driving business results.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop strategic recommendations and influence enterprise decision-making.
• Champion cultural transformation, succession planning, continuous improvement, and long-term organizational effectiveness.
